Akan.in follows a friendly policy to ensure your purchases are free of stress. We offer a 100% Buyer Protection Programme for our valued customers. We are always with you, before and after your purchase. As an additional measure, please read through the following terms & conditions prior to making a purchase.

IN ALL CASES OF EXCHANGE & CANCELLATIONS, YOU CAN DROP US A MAIL AT [email protected] or whatsapp on +91- 9929998862 AND YOU WILL GET A REVERT WITHIN 24-48 WORKING HOURS.

1. Customers can return their order within 7 days after an order has been delivered. We have a reverse pick up facility for most pin codes. For pin codes that are non- serviceable by our courier partners against the reverse pick up policy, you will have to self ship the product(s).

2. You can return the product if you don’t like the fabric, color, fit or for any reason – We don’t have a problem. However, Rs. 300 will be deducted as Return handling charges. This is something that is charged to us by the logistic partners.

3. Once the order is shipped from the warehouse, it cannot be canceled.

5. If you have received a damaged product/s, no worries, you can return the product and the amount will be refunded in your used payment method within 7 working days once the product is picked and received at our warehouse for approval of cancellation with valid reason. If the product item delivered to you was faulty from our end we will replace the product. Refund will be only given when we receive the product our end and QC verified.

6. Items which are on Sale/ Offer/ Discount are not returnable, however we would be happy to Replace it ( Flat Rs. 300 is chargeable on one sale item replacement )

7. Must Be in original condition i.e unworn , unused with the same tag, labels & in the same packing

8. Second-time exchange is not free, it will cost you Rs. 150 extra.

9. WHEN CASH REFUND IS NOT APPLICABLE

1. For products on clearance

2. If the product returned is soiled, damaged or altered.
