Akan.in follows a friendly policy to ensure your purchases are free of stress. We offer a 100% Buyer Protection Programme for our valued customers. We are always with you, before and after your purchase. As an additional measure, please read through the following terms & conditions prior to making a purchase.

1. Customers can return their order within 7 days after an order has been delivered. We have a reverse pick up facility for most pin codes. For pin codes that are non- serviceable by our courier partners against the reverse pick up policy, you will have to self ship the product(s).

2. You can return the product if you don’t like the fabric, color, fit or for any reason – We don’t have a problem. A reverse shipment fee of Rs 200 will be deducted at the time of refund per order, regardless of the number of items within that order. This means that if an order contains multiple items, only a single deduction of Rs 200 will be made for the entire order, not on each individual clothing item.

As we do not have our own delivery service we rely on delivery partners like BlueDart, Delhivery, DTDC, etc
In case of an exchange; the delivery partner charges us for reverse pickup from the customer location and then additional delivery charges for delivering new product again to the customer location, As these charges are two-way; we request our customers to pay for one way charge ₹200 ( ₹200 will be applicable on each exchange )

3. Pick-up will be attempted twice. If the courier company is unable to pick up the shipment. You will have to send the shipment back to the company address. Reverse Pick Up is subject to the availability of the service in your area pin code.

4. Refunds for Prepaid orders would directly be initiated to source account and COD order will be refunded in the form of
COUPON CODE ONLY.

5. For COD orders, a COUPON CODE will be provided within 3-4 working days from the day of return pickup on your registered email address/contact number.

6. Kindly allow 7 days for the return to be processed and the amount to be shown in your bank account. PLEASE NOTE: REFUND / BANK TRANSFER ARE ONLY APPLICABLE FOR PREPAID ORDERS / ONLINE PAYMENTS MADE ON OUR WEBSITE.

7. Payments made with COD option will receive in COUPON CODE to the amount paid by you, which can be used anytime.

8. COD Charges are Non-Refundable.

9. Once the order is shipped from the warehouse, it cannot be canceled.

11. Items which are on Sale/ Offer/ Discount are not returnable.

12. Please return your product(s) in the same condition as it was shipped. Must Be in original condition i.e unworn , unused with the same tag, labels & in the same packing. If the products are returned in poor condition or have clearly been worn, a refund would not be provided.
