Return & Exchange Policy :-
- Customers can exchange and return their order within 3 days after an order has been delivered. We do not have a reverse pickup facility. Customers are required to send the product back to us at their own cost. (No pickup service available).
- For exchanges, customers must send the product to us. Once received and verified, a flat logistics fee of ₹200 will be charged to dispatch the new size.
- For returns, customers must send the product to us at their own cost. After we receive and inspect the item, ₹200 will be deducted as processing fees, and the remaining amount will be refunded to the original payment source.
- Once the order is shipped from the warehouse, it cannot be canceled.
- Refunds for Prepaid orders would directly be initiated to source account, Kindly allow 7 days for the return to be processed and the amount to be shown in your bank account.
- Items which are on Sale/ Offer/ Discount are not returnable.
- Please return your product(s) in the same condition as it was shipped. Must be in original condition i.e. unworn, unused with the same tag, labels & in the same packing. If the products are returned in poor condition or have clearly been worn, a refund would not be provided.
